In Shaker

  • Muddled cucumbers 4-5 coins
  • ¾ Lemon Juice
  • 1½ oz Watermelon Agave
  • ½ oz Aperol
  • 1½ oz gin

Pour into Collins glass. Garnish with cucumber coin and mint.

February 2023

In Shaker

  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • ½ oz Demerara Syrup
  • ¾ oz Alchermes Liqueur
  • ½ oz St Germain Elderflower
  • 1½ oz Gin
  • 2 dash Orange Bitters

Pour into Collins glass. Garnish with cherry.

December 2022

In Mixing Glass

  • 2 oz Appleton Estate Rum
  • 1 oz Mr Black
  • ¾ oz Gardenia Mix
  • ½ oz Angostura Amaro
  • ½ oz Demerara Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Rogue Dead Guy Bitters

Strain into lowball glass with large rock. Topped with a float of cream.

November 2022

In Mixing Glass

  • ¼ oz Maple Syrup
  • ½ oz Allspice Dram
  • 1 Barspoon Orgeat
  • ¼ Aperol
  • ¾ Angostura Amaro
  • 1 oz Mr Blacks Liquor
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters

Strain into lowball with large rock. Garnish with a float of cream foam.

October 2022

In Shaker

  • ¼ oz allspice dram
  • ½ oz cinnamon syrup
  • 1¾ oz Angostura Amaro
  • 1¾ oz Cachaça

Add egg white – shake. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with nutmeg.

  • ½ Glass Red Wine
  • ½ Glass Coke
  • ½ oz Fassionola Syrup
  • ½ oz Falernum

In Mixing Glass

  • 1 oz Howler Head
  • 1 oz Amaro Angostura
  • ¼ oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • 3 dash Peychaud Bitters

Smoke cinnamon stick under lowball glass. Sprits of Absinthe – pour over large rock.
