In Shaker
- Muddled cucumbers 4-5 coins
- ¾ Lemon Juice
- 1½ oz Watermelon Agave
- ½ oz Aperol
- 1½ oz gin
Pour into Collins glass. Garnish with cucumber coin and mint.

In Mixing Glass
- ¼ oz Maple Syrup
- ½ oz Allspice Dram
- 1 Barspoon Orgeat
- ¼ Aperol
- ¾ Angostura Amaro
- 1 oz Mr Blacks Liquor
- 2 dash Angostura Bitters
Strain into lowball with large rock. Garnish with a float of cream foam.

- ¼ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Orange Juice
- ¼ oz Orgeat Syrup
- ½ oz Lemoncello
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Jamaican Rum
