- 1 oz Apricot Liquor
- ½ oz Allspice Dram
- 2 oz Lite Rum
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Pour into Collins glass. Top with ginger beer.

In Mixing Glass
- ¼ oz Maple Syrup
- ½ oz Allspice Dram
- 1 Barspoon Orgeat
- ¼ Aperol
- ¾ Angostura Amaro
- 1 oz Mr Blacks Liquor
- 2 dash Angostura Bitters
Strain into lowball with large rock. Garnish with a float of cream foam.
