Syrups & Mixes
18x Grenadine Mixing Syrup is inspired by a mid-19th century soda fountain formula, predating the modern pomegranate-based grenadine we know today. Rather than relying on pomegranate, this historic-style syrup is built on a complex blend of warm spice and citrus, featuring cloves, orange peel, ginger, vanilla, and Maraschino liqueur. It is crafted with sugar, distilled water, and Everclear to create a richly layered mixing syrup reminiscent of the golden age of American soda fountains and early cocktails.
Autumn Reserve Syrup – A nostalgic nod to the Victorian era — where curiosity, craftsmanship, and bold flavors shaped the future of American drinks. Layers of bright orange peel, rich vanilla, warming cinnamon, and botanical spice create a syrup that feels part tonic, part cocktail ingredient.
Fassionola Syrup – Amazing one-of-a-kind rich sweet syrup made with seven different types of juices, citrus and hibiscus flowers! Essential for making a proper tiki cocktails or some of our original cocktails – like “The Jasper.”
Ingredients: Passion Fruit Juice, Papaya Juice, Tart Cherry Juice, Orange Juice, Guava Juice, Canned Pineapple Juice, Fresh Pineapple Juice, Apple Juice, Dried Hibiscus Flowers and Sugar.
Liqueurs & Bitters
Lucky Seven Chicory Bitters – Deep roasted chicory leads the way, followed by bittersweet cocoa and earthy dandelion. Wild cherry bark adds a dry, slightly fruity finish with hints of almond and spice. Built on a bold rye whiskey base, these bitters bring the character of an old American apothecary into modern cocktails.
CSS Walnut Bitters – The finished bitters should open with toasted black walnut and bright orange peel, followed by cocoa, warm baking spices, and subtle vanilla. Gentian provides a firm but balanced bitterness, while the wild cherry bark adds a faint almond-like note that complements the walnuts. The finish is long, dry, and woody.
Allspice Dram is a rich, spiced liqueur made by infusing allspice berries in rum with sugar. Originating in Jamaica, it delivers warm flavors of clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pepper—all naturally found within the allspice berry itself. Though used sparingly, Allspice Dram adds remarkable depth and complexity to classic cocktails, especially Tiki drinks, punches, and vintage recipes from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
